u-boot-xlnx 2026.01: scripts/Makefile.xpl runs dd with `conv=block,sync bs=4`
but no `cbs=4`. Newer coreutils (GNU >= 9.5 and uutils 0.8.0, as on Ubuntu
26.04) requires cbs when conv=block is used and fails with
"conv=block specified without cbs=N", which is hidden by 2>/dev/null and
aborts the SPL build. Add cbs=4.
